Worry-Free Lawn Care, All Season Long. Our Seasonal Lawn Maintenance Agreement offers consistent, professional service to keep your yard looking its best—without the hassle of rebooking. This recurring 3-month plan includes routine mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly based on your lawn’s needs. Please note: This is a contractual service agreement that renews every 3 months unless canceled with proper notice Signing up via our website initiates your enrollment, but a full agreement outlining all terms and conditions will be issued for signature prior to service Your enrollment is not finalized until the agreement is signed and returned Clients must read the full Plan Policy prior to booking to ensure full understanding of service expectations, payment terms, cancellation rules, and liability coverage Important Policy Highlights: Payment is due at the start of each 3-month term Overgrown or obstructed yards may require a cleanup fee before maintenance begins Late cancellations, no-shows, or access issues may result in fees Refunds are not issued for completed work, but we will address issues reported within 24 hours This service auto-renews unless canceled in writing at least 14 days before the next term We are fully insured and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia By initiating this plan, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of our Seasonal Lawn Maintenance Agreement Policy. A copy of the full agreement will be sent to you for signature upon enrollment.
