Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — and we always aim to be flexible while keeping our schedule running smoothly. Please take a moment to review our booking policy: 📅 Booking: All services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. ❌ Cancellations: Need to cancel or reschedule? Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. ⏰ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a $25 fee to account for time and scheduling impact. 🚪 No-Shows: If we arrive and can't access your property (locked gates, pets, blocked driveways, etc.), a minimum service fee may apply.
