No surprises on your invoice. Just show up to a yard that looks exactly the way it should — every single season.
How Enrollment Works
Our plans are not available for instant purchase. Every new client starts with a free property assessment — this is how we make sure your yard gets the right plan at the right price before any billing begins.
Step 1 — Browse and choose a plan Review the options below and pick the level of coverage that fits your property and your life.

Step 2 — Submit your inquiry Click the button on your chosen plan and fill out a short form. No payment required at this stage.

Step 3 — Free property assessment We'll reach out within 1–2 business days to schedule your assessment. We visit your property, walks the yard, and confirms your final monthly rate.

Step 4 — Approval and enrollment Once approved, you'll receive a secure invitation to create your client account and complete enrollment.

Step 5 — Billing begins After you log in, agree to the service terms, and select your plan — your yard is on our schedule.

No payment is collected until your assessment is complete and your plan is confirmed.

Pricing shown is the starting rate for residential properties ½ acre or less. A free property assessment is required prior to the confirmation of your final monthly rate and service start date. Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and scope of services required. Properties exceeding ½ acre will receive a custom quote following the assessment.
