Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up! To help us provide the best service to all of our clients, please review our booking policy below: Booking: All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 fee to cover time and scheduling impacts. No-Shows: If we arrive and are unable to access your property or complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances (locked gates, pets, etc.), a minimum service fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping your yard in great shape!
